Description

The Sales Consultant/Engineer will be responsible the data gathering, definition and sales of our company solutions and services for different industries/customers in PR. The successful candidate(s) will work closely with our Field Service and Programming Teams defining sound solutions for our customers/prospects. The candidate should have a solid engineering or computer systems background with focus on productivity tools, technologies and/or various software/hardware applications.

  • Knowledge of processes in areas such as storage and distribution, transportation and logistics, supply chain or inventory control.

Education Requirements

Has a university degree (Bachelor's or higher) in Computer or Industrial Engineering

Qualifications & Experience

3+ years of sales experience in the technology and solutions sector is preferable
Experience in B2B sales
Experience with CRM desirable
Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point to be able to submit proposals, report and present to clients.
Excellent communication, organization and presentation skills.
Experience with meeting sales quotas

Responsibilities

Provide technical overview of our products and benefits, architecture, hardware/software and integration with other enterprise hardware and or applications
Describe and demonstrate our solutions such that prospects see their top-of-mind problems solved.
Develop customer specific technical product demonstrations
Research competitors, stay current on the competitive landscape, work with the product marketing group to capture and document competitors’ capabilities and future plans.
Participate in customer facing seminar presentations, speaker engagements, etc.
Staff and participate in Tradeshows.
Perform other duties as assigned.
