
Description
The Supplies Account Manager will be responsible the data gathering, definition and sales of our company's consumable products in PR and Caribbean. The successful candidate will work closely with our Solutions Engineering, Field Service and Programming Teams. The candidate should have consumable or recurring sales background in the enterprise marketplace.
Education Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering or similar.
Qualifications & Experience
-3+ years of sales experience in the recurring supplies market is preferable
-Experience in B2B sales.
-Experience with CRM.
-Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point to be able to submit proposals, report and present to clients.
-Available to drive to client site.
-You are pro-active, dynamic, motivated, a good presence both with the client and with our team.
Responsibilities
-Visit customers on a frequently base or when needed.
-Maintain a central log of all quotes, issues, questions, discussions, and responses with the use of our CRM.
-Keep track of repeating orders.
-Develop and expand product portfolio with existing customers.
-Review market analysis to determine customer needs, volume potential, price schedules and assist in the development of sales campaigns to accommodate company goals.
-Coordinate with Customer Service to process orders and provide updates to client when required.
-Ensure integrity and proper execution of all contractual obligations.
-Prepare necessary reports regarding status of accounts.
-Represent company in trade activities.
-Identify new volume business opportunities in PR and Caribbean regions.
